For the first time ever in the tourism history of Kerala, the Greenberg Resorts in Kulamavu, Idukki district, offers a never-before opportunity to explore the unseen flora and fauna of Idukki National Park.

The sanctuary extends over the Thodupuzha and Udumpanchola taluks of Idukki district, spreading over 77 sq. km and is about 450 - 748 m above sea level. The boating would cover the Idukki Reservoir, comprising the three dams - Cheruthoni, Idukki and Kulamavu, that extends to 33 sq km.
A never-before opportunity, the participants can enjoy the scenic lake around the sanctuary, covered by an enchanting canopy of tropical ever-green and deciduous trees, and offers boat rides. Apart from the enchanting beauty of the valley, one can see elephants, bisons, bear, wild boars, sambar wild dogs, jungle cats, tiger, wild boar besides snakes including cobra, viper and kraits. The sight of birds like jungle fowl, myna, laughing thrush, black bulbul, peafowl, woodpecker and kingfisher would be a lifetime experience to the nature lovers.
